You have three actions: build, adhoc-deployment, and deployment. Additionally, there’s a branch protection rule in place that mandates pull requests (PRs) to pass both the build and adhoc-deployment checks before merging into the protected branch. However, there’s an issue with the adhoc-deployment check: since it’s triggered by a comment, it doesn’t report its status to the overall check.
