The problem

Here is the thing!

I'm migrating for e2Guardian Web Filtering to AdGuardHome on my pfsense's customers.

On e2G, we're be able to create several groups and inside this groups we can create a custom categories (block/allow). On ADG, I realize that is not possible or I'm not found where conifigure it.
Eg.

  • I create a custom URL list to will be blocked to all my network but, I have a client called 'Test-Client' with IP 192.168.1.110 and I don't wanna this client were blocked.
  • I already insert in "Custom filtering rules" this: ||[opt/AdGuardHome/blacklist/domains.txt]^client='Test-Client' but don't worked.
  • There is possible to do?

Proposed solution

A some way to permit that kind configuration to extended use capabilities for ADG.

You can't exclude clients from individual blocklists
