Failing to update Carthage with Alamofire with Xcode 14.3

Just updated Xcode to 14.3 and it's failing to build. When I try and update Carthage, it's failing when trying to update Alamofire. I thought maybe someone might be able to help me here. This is the failure I'm getting in the terminal:

Your dependencies are very out of date. I suggest you run carthage update to get the latest versions. You should be running Alamofire 5.6 and AlamofireImage 4.2.

Updated Cartfile and tried carthage update, but it's still failing.

Building universal frameworks with common architectures is not possible. The device and simulator slices for "Alamofire" both build for: arm64
Rebuild with --use-xcframeworks to create an xcframework bundle instead.
