菜量和人数的计算 #1251

在「计算荤菜和素菜数量」的地方写着公式「菜的数量 = 人数 + 1」，但是在下边解得的公式为「a = floor(N/2)，b = ceil(N/2)」，解得公式的结果永远为「菜量=人数」。
公式是否需要适当修改
