Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No

Describe the solution you'd like
If you want to filter you have to click on any of the filters in the right corner. When you click on a filter there appears an activation bar under the filter, and you only get to see the package formats you activated. And your chosen setting should be saved.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

App outlet filters

Thank you for your help!

The next time, could you please follow the issue template when creating a new feature request? It's better to us to have some context on your request

It would also be cool if you could have sorting functions and a list view

This is an open-source project. If you really need these features quickly, feel free to open a pull request 🤝 (one pull request per feature, please)

About the package type filter
I was thinking about it a few weeks ago. (I searched the issue but I didn't find it). I was wondering if this feature worth it.

  • The Snap Store API does not provide us with the category of the applications, so this filter on the category screen will also return an empty list for snaps
  • we still don't have a way to get the deb/rpm repositories

About the sorting select

  • we can do this, but only for name, updated and release date
