Environment:

• App Outlet version: 2.1.0
• App Outlet package distribution: deb

Umm... I love this project, wish that this issue is addressed

Main branch isn't active but other branches seem to be. One was updated last week.

It's not dead. I just had to let it on hold for a while due to professional requirements. However, I'm still thinking about these problems and about solutions to solve them. Thank you for your support

Hello everyone! I know that we are having some issues with the AppOutlet IU. I'm not working actively on it because I'm testing some technologies to use in a future release. My goal is to come up with a more reliable and performant version in the future.

Thanks for letting us know! If you think it is going to take a long time though I would say please take some time to fix this so your project doesn't lose current users and adoption. I think it's a great software and would hate to see it lose steam because of lost interest.
