Support for snap and flatpak looks awesome but bring support for Ubuntu/Debian repository apps and even rpm if possible

The ability to search your distributions packages (i.e. debian packages) and display them like flatpacks, snaps would make this tool a true replacement for the Ubuntu/Gnome Software Store. Especially since the UI specifically seeing if I get snap, flatpack, etc. is much better compared to these other stores. With that feature, users could use the app outlet for almost everything and rarely need the command line (or other tools).

On Debian based systems, this could look as follows:

  1. There is a tab like for "snap" and the others which is called "apt"
  2. It shows everything matching the search which can be installed via apt install.
  3. Showing icons for the apps/packages is a bonus, but even without it would be a huge gain.

Anyone has a clue, how this could be implemented? In the worst case I would propose apt-cache search "$@".
