I was unsure if this was intentional: the documentation says that this feature should work on the dashboard, and the Tumblr settings page implies that it includes the For You and Your Tags sections.

I think it's retroactively intentional, since the documentation predates dashboard tabs existing, but bug or feature—either way it definitely makes sense to address this :D

There could be a utility function to identify dashboards that contain collated(?) content that these kinds of effects should function on, if it makes sense for that to be consistent.
