Submit bugs found in Apple Code to Apple

AudioKit reveals a lot of shortcomings in Apple code, for which we usually create workarounds, but really we should be submitting bug reports to Apple. In this issue I'll keep a running list of closed issues that could use follow-up bug reports:

• Ramping Apple Effects parameters doesn't change the parameter at all #2588
• SF2 Soundfont using AKAppleSampler - Crash - DLSSample::GetMoreFrames #2046
• Some Apple Effects (PeakLimiter, Compressor, Expander) not updatable after engine starts #2528
• Long-standing known bug in Apple's sequencer having a hiccup on the first beat

This is a Core MIDI bug specific to Swift that may not affect many - only affects thru connections using specific API. Seems to affect Big Sur and Monterey. From my tests, it's resolved in Ventura.

Found a bug on macOS today with the DLSSynth which doesn't appear in AUSampler: feedback-assistant/reports#466
