ChatGLM-6B and Open-Assistant are free and open-source chat-bots
We can work together to develop a free alternative faster

A project called wenda on github can run both RWKV and ChatGLM

Another project called textgen webui can run Open-Assistanct LLaMA and ChatGLM

I guess this project would mainly feature RWKV as the chat backend
