Two ttgo t-displays, two different results

Hi All,

I'm trying to help a friend remotely get a TTGO T-display working. We seemingly have everything configured the same way, but both displays are showing different stuff. I can include the code, but the code is identical on each, as she cut and pasted what I gave her. If we rotate the screen on hers, everything still appears out of frame. I've gone through on my end and changed everything I can think of to reproduce this, but nothing makes it look close to that. Just wondering if anyone has any idea where I can troubleshoot or have seen this before?

Edit: We've both removed the // from setup_25 in the user_setup_select.h file. I've also checked and her board is set to TTGO T1.
