Description

Tooltips not working in navigator area, inspector area, or utility area. This includes tabs for each area. The .help modifier exists, so in theory these tooltips should be appearing.

To Reproduce

  1. Hover over area icon tab
  2. Notice there are no tooltips

Expected Behavior

There should be a tooltip displayed.
