[BUG] Sidebar custom area hide-on-collapse problem

Description
Any element tagged with hide-on-collapse inside the custom sidebar element doesn't get hidden when the sidebar is collapsed if the mouse is anywhere inside the window. It does get hidden when outside.
I encountered this behavior on my own project but it is reproducible on the demo website using chromium (vivaldi) and firefox.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the demo Website
2. Go to 'Layout Options' > 'Fixed Sidebar + Custom Area'
3. Click on the collapse icon
4. Move mouse out of browser window
5. Look at "Help" button to see the faulty behavior

Expected behavior
Any element tagged with hide-on-collapse inside main-sidebar should probably be hidden when the sidebar is collapsed.
