Finding a good layout - Blood Machine Room

I am exploring good design layouts for each room, in this post I am focusing on the Blood Machine Room

The Goal
Keeping the room as small as possible while keeping the doctor as happy as possible(avoid being unhappy and wanting a pay rise) while optimizing turnaround time for handyman plant watering and patient walk times.

1x Fire extinguisher

Summary
The Blood Machine Room is a simple room as the main item is the Blood Machine without any screens or extra items. The key aspect to this room is door walk path to the Blood Machine. Because the Blood Machine cannot be placed inline of the door the patient does need to make a turn. Making the room bigger does not really improve the patient walk to the Blood Machine.
Plant next to door and bin next to Blood Machine in walk path of patient. I think the Fire extinguisher can be better placed but for now it is in the corner.

Lets start the decision, can this design be improved and if so how?
