生成各分区的帖子RSS

Additional description

该论坛实际访问是需要账号访问之后才能看到里面真正的帖子。所以此RSS写一定需要cookie。我可提供账号来支持rsshub的书写

This is not a duplicated rss request

I have searched existing issues and pull requests to ensure this rss proposal has not already been requested
