数据流转 kafka -flink-oracle
yarn-per 模式。能再yarn上运行起来，但在kakfa接收到数据之后就一直卡在Initializing C3P0 pool

没有明显异常的错误信息，初步排查了数据库链接充裕的，然后内存CPU都够

tm 节点和oracle通信没有问题

就是最终没算出结果

如果红框内rowList没有数据，那就是where之前都没出数据，如果有数据，就是where去匹配的时候 没出数据
