[FEATURE] Allow Bridge Creation without Satellites

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the bridge macro requires effectivity satellite table details to be declared. Not all hubs and links come with a satellite node, therefore it would be nice for the macro to work without satellite details.

Optional dependency of effectivity satellites in bridge creation.

This would likely affect the behavior in bridge_shared and potentially bridge.sql.
