What were you trying to do before the issue occurred?

With this issue there wasn't anything I was trying to do that led to the issue cropping up in the first place, it was always there from the beginning since I installed. No settings were changed that resulted in the issue, however I noticed disabling "Fix FPS Stutter" helped to alleviate the issue a bit. In addition to that, someone recommended disabling vsync within the nvidia control panel in the program settings for eldorado.exe and that also seemed to help reduce the delay a bit it felt like.

What happened?

There was a noticeable input delay, specifically with looking around and aiming. I'm certain it wasn't an issue specific to me since I did not have this issue with other games. If I had to supply a number, I'd say it was about a quarter of a second delay maybe, not too sure on that though but it was enough for it to be noticeable and felt obstructive in gameplay. The closest thing I can compare it to is that slight delay you get with vsync.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the aim to be a little bit more snappy and for inputs in general to be a little more responsive so that things happen immediately as you enter the controls (moving mouse, pressing a key).

How can the issue be reproduced?

Please be as descriptive as possible.

With this issue there's no steps involved to reproducing it, so I'll list my specs and any other useful information instead.

Monitor: ASUS VG248QE 24" 1920x1080 144Hz 1ms HDMI Gaming Monitor
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 GHz
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
PSU: EVGA 500 B1, 80+ BRONZE 500W Power Supply
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Chroma
Mouse: Logitech G602
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit

I have no mods installed, it's a clean installation from the stickied post in the Halo Online subreddit.

Also, my FPS itself is plenty fine, it's just that there's a slight input delay present.

If you have one, can you test if this issue is present when using a controller as well?

I may be able to, I'll give it a try some time tomorrow.

The issue is the game, there's no exclusive full screen. It's based on unoptimized code. So, you'll just have to deal with it. Source? I have the same monitor and feel the same input lag. Even if it is slight, it's noticeable for me.
