Cant join most servers at all

Whenever I try to join a server I keep getting the "unable to join" and "booted" even in friends games.
I have UPnP enabled and even the TCP and UDP ports forwarded. Still nothing has changed, there are sometimes when Im playing with several people but when switching maps either i get stuck in the leaderboard screen or completely boots me out to my own multiplayer lobby without any warning.

I ve been askin everywhere , but no answer whatsoever and apperantly Im not the only one with this issue. Are there more ports to forward ?
