不支持。UI 框架选择的是 React。

因为做了编辑器内核和 UI 层的解耦，其中 UI 层都在@suika/suika 里，但它使用 React 写的。

如果你要支持 Vue，得把 @suika/suika 重写一遍，写成 Vue 组件，基本都是苦力活。

目前我没有这个计划，更多精力会花在编辑器内核的核心功能上。
