今天，我像往常一样调用智能合约来测试功能，突然发现我的高度和交易不一致了，

我想知道为什么，我看FISCO-BCOS官方文档上说交易确认时延是秒级的

也就是说一笔交易就可以生成一个区块？那为什么区块高度和交易数量不一致了？
还有就是这个控制台命令(tx_count_limit)的作用是什么? 在FISCO-BCOS中如何做到一个区块包含多比交易？

正常情况下，共识会在500ms触发一次打包过程，只要交易池内有交易就会生成一个新的块，不论交易多少，tx_count_limit是用于限制打包时区块包含交易的数量。当交易压力足够大，每次出的块就能包含多笔交易。
