Update prerequisites for Linux Command Line Basics Course: Beginner-level programming experience required #76

I noticed that the Unix table doesn't list any prerequisites for the Linux Command Line Basics course. However, when I went to the course page, I saw that this course requires “beginner-level experience in a programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.” I think it would be helpful to update the prerequisites in the Unix table to reflect this requirement.
