- Reworded welcome screen, removed "update" section
- Removed Webtools and Start option from setup dialog - fixes BIM: BIM Setup dialog mentions obsolete workbenches #14179
- Renamed Arch preferecnes to BIM - fixes BIM: Preferences group is still called "Arch" #14121
- Moved NativeIFC preferences to BIM - fixes BIM: NativeIFC import-export prefs page changes indices of subsequent pages causing errors #14137
