Migrating from fullaxx/biglybt to biglybt-extreme

I am currently using the regular biglybt container [https://hub.docker.com/r/fullaxx/biglybt/], and want to switch to use the biglybt-extreme container. I tried to setup both containers to match each other.

When I launch the biglybt-extreme container, most of my pre-existing torrents are missing (except for some magnets that are still trying to find metadata). But it appears the same configuration is used, so at least something is working.

I also tried restoring the backup from biglybt, and the torrents are still missing.

What else can I try so I can migrate
