Reusable index of libraries

Describe the idea you'd like for Amethyst to have
Every time I reopen folder/reopen Amethyst it scans the whole library from the beginning showing an increasing overall size label.
I think it's a nice idea to make an index file of the whole library, reuse it and scan for new changes when they happen.
