Bug description

changing ssh key results in JS error on publish

Steps to reproduce

1. configure publii to use an ssh key and publish content
2. rename the ssh key without reconfiguring publii and publish content
3. observe that the publish process halts with no error until 'cancel' is clicked upon which a non-descript JS error is displayed

i think publii should instead display a simple message that the ssh file doesn't exist
