Describe the feature
A toggle switch in the settings page that, when flicked, will automatically hide uninstalled apps, unless overridden in the filter area.

Describe alternatives you've considered (if applicable)
Making the 'Non-Installed Apps' toggle persist after the app is closed and opened or restarted.
