Hello.

This has been super helpful since there isn't an app to help w/ Razer on a Mac, so thank you. This might be nitpicky or previously addressed, so sorry in advance.

If I launch the app, sometimes the controls are greyed out and the functions aren't working in Zoom. Therefore, leading to closing and relaunching the app, sometimes several times. Sometimes I troubleshoot using the same strategy below, but I typically just close and relaunch for it to work again.

I also notice that, if I stop sharing my video on Zoom, and then I reshare my video, the functions of the app stopped, controls are greyed out, and I need to select a different camera and reselect the Kiyo X, or I need to close and relaunch the app.

I work from home and my work is all on Zoom. But this doesn't only happen on Zoom, when I meet with a Telehealth provider and I use the video feature through a safari browser window it still happens.

2018 MBP Sonoma 14.3.
