After 0 or chars Terrain Spacing value do not apply changes

Description: If apply 0 or any incorrectly value to “Terrain Spacing” then other values cannot be applied to Terrain Spacing until restart editor

System info: resolution – 1920x1080, borderless mode
Repro steps:

Set “Terrain Spacing” to 0 or ‘test123’ value
Try to set any correctly value to “Terrain Spacing” (“1” for example)
Expected: Value can be changed after set 0
Priority: low
