It looks like .gz file is outdated in comparison to the regular Packages files, as it has Discord 0.44 version linked.
File size does differs. iIt seems that previous version is still cached on CDN, as cache bust (adding query param to that Packages.gz URL) does the trick an i get file with version 0.45
