Screen rotation only works with the apps built by JingOS team. All other applications (native or android) fail to rotate

Reproduce:

  1. launch app while not in keyboard-dock
  2. rotate device on desktop (works)
  3. Launch app (Native or Android)
  4. no rotation occurs
