Can anyone test this on Windows? I don't have a Windows machine.

Arrow.jl integration for offline_run! throws an error after trying to remove the created arrow files.

I renamed the issue since I'm almost sure this is related to apache/arrow-julia#361, indeed a lot of tests are disabled also in the Arrow.jl repo for this reason
