I clicked to download the sheet from given link but it shows that sheet has been deleted.

@SonaGaud ignore that excel, it was difficult to maintain two lists so i decided to remove the excel. seems like i forgot to remove it from guidelines.md file.
If possible please remove that line.
You can refer the list which is in the readme file.
