"hitomi_downloader_GUI "파일을 삭제 후 실행 시켜 보시면 기동 하기는 합니다.
그 전에 작업 내보내기로 백업 본 만들어 두세요

Ps. 정상적인 방식은 아님 추후 업데이트를 기다릴것.

If you delete and run the "Hitomi_downloader_GUI" file, it will start.
Before that, make a backup copy of your job export

Ps. Not in a normal way or will wait for further updates.
