Undo the fantasy naming of files in LIKO-12 #285

BIOS, bconf, peripherals, GPU, CPU are all fantasy naming used within the codebase of LIKO-12.

They cause confusion to the average reader, which adds a barrier toward contributing to LIKO-12.

So instead they have to be replaced with actual technical names that has meaning.

For example peripherals would be modules and GPU would be graphics.
