Add a link to the Lawnicons request form when selecting icons

Describe the feature

When choosing icons, I suggest adding a link to the Lawnicons request form. This is the most relevant moment for the request, because users are looking for what to choose instead of the missing icon.

#4268 — the clearer it is how to change the icon, the more requests there will be for icons.

Why would it be useful to add?

So that users are more aware of the possibility to request icons and can do it at the most relevant moment. As a result, Lawnicons contributors could better understand which requests are needed first.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
