[BUG] In-game pause menu broken #42

Game launches fine, start new game fine, pause fine, but cannot move mouse as it continues to move the camera, also cannot unpause.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install fresh MSC through steam
Install MSCLoaderPro
Install BetterCheatBox
Install Tangerine FZ-150
Launch game
Start new game
Experience the inability to unpause

Expected behavior
Ability to unpause, and use CheatBox
