Cannot scroll page in Mac Safari (stable).

Side scroll bar is ok (by using pointer to drag).
But the touch pad gesture seems not working.

出现相同的问题。
补充：
在Mac的Safari中，所有页面的垂直滑动和水平滑动均不可用，已关闭所有浏览器拓展及油猴脚本。
在iOS版的Safari及Mac版Chrome中均无此问题。

same issue. I managed to use arrow key to scroll, but in connection page it keeps flickering and hard to use
