Service Worker Keep Alive option is displayed for non-MV3 builds.
I guess it's a minor issue since it only affects users having the feature flag ENABLE_SETTINGS_PAGE_DEV_OPTIONS enabled, so I defer to the team, if it should be de-prioritized
