Gif is blur when applying extension. Any way to exclude Gif?

The gif has a transparent background and whoever removed the original white background did not do a very accurate job. There are lots of artefacts embedded in the gif:

This is not very visible on the rather light background of the website, but once you change the background colour you'll see these artefacts.
