SAM Instance segmentation Finetuning output mask with instance lablel

Hello ,
i would like to to know, in anyway we can make the SAM instance segmenattaion which output the predicted mask with its appropriate label please?

If so How we need to prepare the traing data in order to finetune it to get the prediction?
