ONLYOFFICE Community Server roadmap

This document provides the roadmap of the planned ONLYOFFICE Community Server changes.

This is an updated and corrected version of the roadmap. We also reserve the right to change it when necessary.

Version 12.0

General

  • Authorization via AppleId and Microsoft
  • New keys for authorization via Twilio
  • New keys for authorization via bitly
  • Portal name in logs
  • Update to CKEditor v4.16.1, new styles for TextCut and Magicline
  • Feed and Mail drop-down lists redesign
  • textarea redesign
  • New page with UserVisits information
  • Disabling Community module by default for new portals
  • Telegram notifications and Zendesk chat fixes
  • Disabling asp.net sessions in the project

Calendar

  • WYSIWYG CKEditor in the Description field of the Event
  • New config for the Toolbar
  • Description column redesign for the List page
  • DOMPurify sanitizer to prevent possible XSS

Projects

  • Ability to drag-and-drop subtasks
  • Rework reports: User Activity, Project List, add a time interval

People

  • Telegram in Contact information
  • Move Birthdays from Community to People
  • Feed with Birthdays and New employees
  • Connection list in the profile with the ability to log out
  • Ability for administrators to log out all connections of the certain user
  • Ability to create CardDAV address books

Mail

  • IMAP synchronization for Mail Server
  • Mail Server database backup and restore
