This issue is unique.

  • I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System

Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7, Linux (DEB package)

Version information

8.0.0

Expected Behavior

It's my first message in github, first thank you for all. It's about when you are working basic operations with thousands hours in spreadsheet.

The expected behavior like in LibreOffice Calc -the spreadsheet LibreOffice- you should allow to calculate in time format with hours bigger than 10000 hours and also be able to show negative hours.

And after you choose time format in one selected cell, for example 36:48:58, in the UI after the function button on the top toolbar, libreoffice or excel shows the same time format that you choose.

Libreoffice Calc file with example
libreoffice.opswithhours.xlsx

You have option to choose in libreoffice calc time format like HH:MM and that it's useful.
hourformat

Actual Behavior

With cells with the Time format for numbers higher than 9999 hours, with basic operations you have a message of #value! or ######
opswithhours

In the UI after the function button on the top toolbar, onlyoffice shows date format always (DD/MM/19XX hh:mm:ss) when you choose another time format like HH:MM:SS or HH:MM.
numberformat

Reproduction Steps

See next file with example in onlyoffice.
opswithhours.xlsx

Additional information

I found another issue fixed before with working hours but when it hits 24:00 instead its getting shown as 00:00 (ONLYOFFICE/DocumentServer/issues/1355)

Hello! @taurak
We are aware of the issue when negative time is replaced by ######, it has the number #37722.

Regarding the #VALUE! errors in cells. Our editor has limitations on displaying time intervals. I have created enhancement #66546 asking to increase the interval.

The behavior you described, where different time formats are displayed in formula bar and in table cell, is not an error.
You can check in MS Excel editor, it has a similar display.

You described three issues in this report. Next time, please create separate tickets for each problem.

Problem can be reproduced in DocumentServer.

Thank you for your report!

You are right in MS Excel editor but it works different in Libreoffice (as I showed before) or Google Doc, it's more clear. I think it could be another enhancement.

Sorry, I was not sure, I will try to do it better next time. It was my first time here.

Problem can be reproduced in DocumentServer.

Thank you for your report!
