This issue is unique.

  • I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System

macOS 10.12 or higher

Version information

8.0.1 (and other versions and systems)

Expected Behavior

I have data validations in cells asking for lists in other worksheets of the same file. When entering data the UI should stay usable and relating cells should update immediately.

Actual Behavior

OnlyOffice however completely freezes for about 10s-20s no matter whether I enter data in the "sending" or "receiving" cell or any other cell relating to those via formulas. Cells with no relation and no data validation still work.

Reproduction Steps

I tried with the latest Desktop app for Mac, on a community server and the official online demo → the problem is reproduceable on any of them.
I attach a file that I narrowed down to the core problem for you to try. E.g. enter something in "data" → "name" and it should freeze on all systems.
So my best guess would be that the trigger is data validation taking a list from another sheet (that is concatenated by a formula or sth?)

Additional information

I am happy to help with logs etc but didn't know where to start as this seems to affect all systems...
