.docx: incorrect line style in table #2722

This issue is unique.

I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System of DocumentServer

Linux (DEB package)

Version information

8.0.1

Expected Behavior

The following .docx file should appear the same in OO and Word.

Actual Behavior

The table has dashed line style in Word, but plain line style in OO.

Reproduction Steps

Steps:

open the attached .docx file in OO and Word
compare
