Summary of issue
Unable to increase scale or resize window on macOS Sonoma 14.3.1.

Steps to reproduce

Open OpenEmu
Launch N64 Game
Click on the Gear in the app
Go to Select Scale
Only 1x Scale is available

Expected Behavior

Go to Select Scale and be able to choose more than 1x or even be able to resize the window larger as needed.

Observed Behavior

Open OpenEmu
Launch N64 Game
Click on the Gear in the app
Go to Select Scale
Only 1x Scale is available

OpenEmu Version: 2.4.1
macOS Version: 14.3.1
