I'm testing fastp v0.23.4 and am using the filtering options -q QMIN_HIGH -u 1 -n 0 to set the qualified quality phred, the unqualified percent limit, and the N base limit. This is working fine but some Nextseq 2000 reads slip through that have a base quality set to Q=0. Can you add an option to set the lower limit of the unqualified quality to be >=QMIN_LOW?
