can I modify the search result's attribute value or filter the search result entries by POST_OPERATION_SEARCH plugin or sth. else?

Dear community,

I'm writing opendj plugin to suit my customized needs. I found I can add some extra filter conditions to the rawFilter in the PRE_PARSE_SEARCH plugin, to change the search results.

But now I have a search which may return 10,000 entries back. I need to use extra business logic , not only to filter the 10,000 entries, but also may change some attribute values of these entries.

Is it possible to use a plugin or something else?
