Event replication: default repeat option

a year ago we decided to have "select frequency" as the default option (it is the most used because of ASZ and denk:mal). is there still this need?
now we show "pick dates" as default.

I remember that I insisted (years ago) on showing "pick dates" because I considered that to be more accessible. I'm not sure about that anymore as I've watched somebody new to the platform going for "select frequency" immediately.

So I don't really have an opinion anymore either way.

I'm up for putting 'select frequency' as the default option too, it indeed seems more used in a lot of cases. So setting this to settled..
