On startpage or profilepage: opening course in a new tab scrolls me up to the top of the page.

Happens in Chromium, didn't happen in Firefox. Happens only when logged in.

Maybe triggered by setting language from userprofile?

I could reproduce this in Chromium. May also be related to #332.
